No Fly Zone Terms and Conditions
Customers submitting a purchase order agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions set out by No Fly Zone . The following terms and conditions supersede any previous terms and conditions and No Fly Zone reserves the right to make changes to the website and this document at anytime.
No Fly Zone does not accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this website, or any website linked to this website.
No Fly Zone reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at anytime without giving reason. We will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.
No Fly Zone offers on-line purchasing. Orders via phone, fax or email may be accepted at our discretion.
Shipping within Australia & New Zealand
Online orders for delivery within Australia are dispatched via Australia Post and normally will arrive within 5 - 7 working days from dispatch. Postage costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process and added to the product purchase total.
No Fly Zone ships to most destinations around the world via Air Mail and arrive within 10-30 working days from dispatch. No Fly Zone does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply. International customers will need to check with their local customs office in regard to what, if any, duty you may be liable for when the order arrives.
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days of Order Confirmation subject to all ordered items being in stock. Subject to prior arrangement, deliveries are not shipped until order payment is cleared. If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email.
Acceptance of Goods
The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage and must notify No Fly Zone immediately. Goods may be returned providing the are undamaged with packaging intact and accompanied by the receipt. Please see Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information.
No Fly Zone reserves the right to change prices without notice. All prices and orders are displayed and processed in Australia Dollars (AUD)
Returns & Exchanges
No Fly Zone offers an exchange, credit note or full refund on online orders within 14 days of purchase provided the tax invoice can be produced, the original tags are attached and items are returned in as-delivered condition.
To ensure you receive your preferred exchange choice please email email@example.com with your name, contact details invoice number and details of the preferred replacement choice. This will ensure your item is kept aside whilst we await the return of your order at No Fly Zone Head Office. If the style you require is ‘out of stock’ your replacement item(s) must be selected from the current range available at No Fly Zone . Alternatively a credit note will be issued for 12 months.
To return your preferred choice to you, a $10 Postage & Handling charge will be applied once we receive the item you wish to exchange. We will contact you to process your payment, so please ensure No Fly Zone has your best contact details.

No Fly Zone reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty by a No Fly Zone a replacement item will be shipped where possible subject to stock availability or a credit note issued. A response for Faulty Claims will be received within 48 hours of the returned order arrival at the No Fly Zone Head Office.
Return of Gift with Purchase or Promotional items
If your order is returned/ refunded and you have received a promotional item of gift with purchase, the item must also be returned in original condition, otherwise the retail price will be deducted from the refunded amount. If you wish to return purchased items but keep the promotional item we are happy to offer you an online credit note. There is no warranty or exchange on promotional items.
Damages or Faulty Goods
Refunds will only be applied if the product is damaged or deemed faulty and No Fly Zone reserves the right to determine whether a product is damaged or faulty. Claims will be reviewed and a response received within 48 hours of the arrival at No Fly Zone.
Orders may be cancelled only in the instance where the order has not yet been shipped.
In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, No Fly Zone reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders. No Fly Zone will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.
